Andrew Alicea serves as Assistant General Manager of The Westin Anaheim Resort, bringing extensive luxury hospitality experience and a strong record of operational leadership. He oversees the resort’s day-to-day operations and provides strategic direction across operational departments, advancing the property’s commitment to service excellence and exceptional guest experiences.

Alicea has been an integral member of the resort’s leadership team since joining during its pre-opening phase as Director of Front Office. Since then, he has assumed increasingly broad responsibilities, distinguished by a hands-on leadership style, a commitment to associate development, and a disciplined focus on operational excellence.

Before joining The Westin Anaheim Resort, Alicea built his career in leadership roles at luxury hotels and resorts in Southern California and Las Vegas, including Surf & Sand Resort, Paséa Hotel & Spa, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. This experience gave him a comprehensive understanding of the guest journey and the operational disciplines required to deliver a consistently elevated hotel experience.

As Assistant General Manager, Alicea applies his operational expertise and deep knowledge of the resort to its overall leadership. Working alongside the executive team, he continues to strengthen hotel operations, empower associates across departments, and guide the property toward sustained excellence and long-term success.
