Michael Hernandez joined Wincome Hospitality in May 2025 as Corporate Director of Finance.  He brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry with an extensive background in hotel accounting and finance. Before joining Wincome Hospitality, Michael held senior finance positions at leading hospitality organizations, including Action Property Management, Ensemble Hospitality, and Marriott International.

Throughout his career, he has managed complex accounting functions across diverse property portfolios, applying a results-oriented approach and a comprehensive understanding of hotel financial operations. In his new role at Wincome Hospitality, Michael will oversee the accounting department across all assets of the company. Michael has a hands-on approach to management which allows him to help direct and assist the hotels in driving profit to the bottom line.
