Nathan Fitzgerald

General Manager - The Anaheim Hotel

Nathan Fitzgerald has been a cornerstone of Wincome Hospitality since 2006, contributing nearly 20 years of leadership and innovation across multiple properties within the organization. As a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) accredited by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, he has consistently demonstrated excellence in hospitality management.

In his role as Assistant General Manager at the Avenue of the Arts Hotel, Nathan was pivotal in the hotel’s transition from the Wyndham brand to an independent boutique establishment. He led significant renovation and rebranding efforts, including the transformation of the on-site restaurant, Silver Trumpet. His contributions were instrumental in the property achieving its first AAA Four Diamond Award.

Following this success, Nathan was promoted to General Manager of the Anabella Hotel, where he set new profitability records and managed the Tangerine Bar and Grill for over four years.

In recent years, Nathan led the rebranding and renovation of the Anaheim Plaza Hotel, launching it anew as The Anaheim Hotel. Under his leadership, the property raised its AAA rating from Two Diamond to Three Diamond and significantly improved guest satisfaction—boosting its TripAdvisor ranking to #2 out of 126 hotels in Anaheim. The hotel was awarded the TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best Award for three consecutive years: 2023, 2024, and 2025, a distinction given to the top 1% of hotels worldwide.

Nathan continues to innovate by enhancing guest experiences, including the introduction of Anaheim’s first Topgolf Swing Suite at The Anaheim Hotel.

Beyond his operational roles, Nathan serves on the Board of Directors of the Anaheim/Orange County Hotel & Lodging Association, reflecting his broader commitment to advancing the hospitality industry.
