Rod Noyola joined Wincome Hospitality in August 2025 as the Corporate Director of Human Resources. He brings over 12 years of progressive HR experience within the hospitality industry, with a strong track record in talent acquisition, compliance, organizational development, succession planning, and performance management.

Rod oversees the Human Resources function across all Wincome Hospitality assets. He leads initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and ensures the company remains at the forefront of HR best practices. Before joining Wincome Hospitality, Rod led the Human Resources team at The Hollywood Roosevelt, where he played a key role in driving HR strategy.
